Group Training Runs

Hi everyone,

My Dad had a great idea about doing some group training runs during our training.

Who would be interested in doing this? And what days would work for you? I'll get some feedback and see if I can schedule some.

Welcome to Team Shaka Laka!

It's time to start thinking about our upcoming race. There's no time like January 1st to start running. So, get out there and take a nice jog today :) Just don't breath too much of the smog! Each team member has been invited to be a contributor to this blog, so please add to this site as much as you want. It is meant to be a motivator for us all to get in gear and to get to know each of our team members.

So... go run three miles and Welcome to the Team!!
